Property tax hub

This property tax hub uses public data to pull county information into one place so it is easier to understand.

If the data is public, you should not need to be a software engineer to use it. I want an assessor's office that treats data access as a first-class responsibility.

Public data is only useful if you can use it. Enter your address and explore your property in different ways, for example a full levy breakdown and your metro district share where that applies. If what you need is not here yet, I want to build it. Have an idea for another tool?

Problem

Your bill does not show how much of your tax goes towards your metro district's debt.

Not in a metro district? This part of the hub may not apply to you. Not sure? Check the state map.

Solution

See a clear picture of how much taxes you're paying to your metro district's debt.

Problem

The county site splits your property tax into separate charges, but they are easy to miss on a busy page or hard to make sense of.

Solution

See your full property tax breakdown clearly.

Have an idea for another tool?

If you live in Arapahoe County and cannot find the county information you need, I want to hear from you. This hub is a start, not the ceiling. If the right view or tool does not exist yet, I am ready to build it for you.

Send your ideas with a short description of the problem you are trying to solve and how you currently have to work around it.
